Check out this new initiative launched by Dr. @gabrielamghisi @KITE_UHN and @PiPER_UHN that shares the stories of 12 Canadian women experiencing heart disease and rehabilitation. We are proud to support initiatives that unite patients in their shared experiences.

Six months ago, I embarked on a journey to engage women with lived experience in refining educational resources, with the support of @PiPER_UHN. We're soon launching ourheartsourstories.com, where these incredible women will share their stories of resilience to support others.
