Taking the Leap for Life 💚 On Sunday, supporters from across our communities took the leap for life at the Europa Hotel, abseiling in support of PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland. Some were nervous, some excited - all facing the wind and rain, but every single person stepped forward and completed their challenge. They did it for loved ones lost to suicide and for anyone who may be struggling. Because of that incredible effort, you’ve raised over £10,000 to support vital, life-saving services across our communities. Thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported. The 69 Run is a charity road trip around Ireland, bringing people together to travel the country, visit iconic spots and raise money for causes close to their hearts.🌱 💬 As Adam said, “What a weekend. It is with great sadness and very heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our esteemed Board Trustee, Peter Murray. Peter was a valued and respected member of our Board who will be profoundly missed. His thoughtfulness, integrity, dedication and unwavering commitment to our organisation made a lasting impact on our work and the community we serve. He gave generously of his time, insight and wisdom, and his guidance and support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Beyond his role as Trustee, Peter was a trusted colleague and friend. His kindness, warmth and quiet strength touched many, and his influence will not be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with Peter’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. We extend our sincerest condolences and send them our love. We are truly grateful for Peter’s service and his contribution to our work. May he rest in peace.
