@HLTCO The song is definitely of its era. I'm sure it was written by the late comedian Hector Nicol in the 60s, he wrote one for my team (Dundee) that's still played at Dens. He wrote a Hibs and Dundee United song too.

Seen so much discourse on this since it was first posted, it seems to be split pretty evenly between “this is class” and “this is absolutely fucking terrible”. For the avoidance of doubt, I’m very much in the “this is class” side of the debate. The bloke is loving life. 😂

Enjoyable day out at Dundee North End earlier this week before their latest Scottish Cup adventure v Airdrie. Despite having been to Dens a thousand times and Tannadice more than once, nearby North End Park was a mystery to me. Barely even knew it was there. Shameful!
