This gentleman ordered a pizza, after his first slice, he wanted more of course. So when he reached for another slice, he saw something that caught his eye. A blue material was covered by cheese. After he pulled off some toppings he sees it’s a blue glove that was baked into his pizza. At this point he’s quite disgusted, he just ate a piece of it. If you found a glove in your food after you already ate some, would you bother having them remake it? Would you want your money back or would you never go back?

Very bad and unsafe service at Pizza Pizza, 7665 Kennedy Rd, Markham, ON L3R 0L7.
On 03/15/2026 around 1:00 PM, I saw a customer return food, and instead of throwing it in the garbage, the staff served that same food to another customer. This is absolutely disgusting and a serious food safety violation. No customer should ever trust a place that re-serves returned food. This location needs to be investigated immediately. Avoid this place.

@PizzaPizzaLtd Staff member at Queens Quay location wouldn't scan my coupon in your app and said I had to do an online order. There is option to add to online order and staff member refused to even attempt to scan. So you simply just give out invalid coupons now?
