@KavanaghII I willdiscuss this with our staff, however for hockey games, the teams usually provide their own security or their own staff/volunteers. I'd suggest speaking to the team as well just to make sure that they understand that it is allowed for medical conditions. Planet Ice

They just let me in the venue. I shouldn't have to come against discrimination at any venue. Please train your staff on discrimination laws, and please update staff training. I hope I don't have to come up against this again Thanks 👍 3/3

@PlanetIceUK I get planet ice want to curb our people bring food and beverages into the rinks. But... What if you have health problems and the person needs drinks and snacks for their health, what is the stance on this? A member of staff tried to refuse entry 1/3

@KavanaghII Hi Tom, Thank you for your message. I'm very sorry to hear that. In our terms and conditions we allow food and drink into the building if customers have medical conditions. This has always been the case and is generally freely accepted at all of our rinks. (1/2)
