In celebration of National Girls & Women in Sports Day on Wednesday, 60 collegiate softball and baseball athletes from across the country gathered at MLB headquarters in New York City. Through workshops and panels, these athletes were able to network with employees from MLB and MLB Network, representatives from Major and Minor League clubs, and MLB softball ambassadors Jennie Finch and Natasha Watley. This annual event empowers women in baseball and softball, promoting growth opportunities and opening up potential career paths. #NGWSD2026
