@jacklreed98 @SteveWhiteRail I use the hayes line multiple times a week, there is never a need to go CST. Keep it CHX and keep on making it skip SAJ and new cross, best change they ever made to it. sunday could see 4tph tho

@SteveWhiteRail Ah right, I’d thought I’d make the suggestion anyway as it would balance out Lewisham but could be one to maybe consider in the future

While we have more services coming later this year there is the opportunity in a later timetable to amend existing services and one of them is sending the Hayes via Lewisham service back to Cannon Street as it would then balance the services at Lewisham that go to Charing Cross and Cannon Street having 6tph each instead of the current 8tph and 4tph!

Today was the formal launch for the @chilternrailway Mark 5A sets, now named “Chiltern Explorer” sets, with 68022 working the 08.15 Birmingham MS-Marylebone. Chiltern is leasing all 13 of these former TPE trains, which will eventually work most of its Birmingham route trains
