@POCruises after months of trying to get our refund, nothing. Completely ignored, on the one occasion of waiting for hours to get though, fobbed off and lied to, promised refund in two weeks 2 months later no refund not even acknowledgement of call, disgraceful company!!

@POCruises I’m pretty bloody upset with you lot. Took my $150 deposit and ignored every email sent to you letting you know I’d accidentally booked the wrong trip. I got NOTHING. Either refund the money or answer the emails.
