@wishmaster_nl Sure, the Dutch are different, as @bencoates1 says. But that doesn't mean it's smart, nor that the presiding Dutch water authority is in agreement with current plans. In fact, @hhsenk is taking the city to court for not taking climate change impacts adequately into account.
