@Tur50000 Yeah... I know you more as the mid 1800s person, not as the early 1800s person... 😅
I've only recently looked into the Prussian lancers but I found that I like their uniforms (and wow lutzow lancers! Well... I think I just like their dark palette, especially their black gloves)

English

@Polkaroad Early Prussian lancers are SO underrated like barely anyone cares about em😢
But I do prefer the later ones
English

@Tur50000 which surprisingly seems to line up well so I moved on with it 😇 and also that finding any more information on their surgeons is tiring.
It really is just trying to find a consistent pattern between uniforms and use that to your advantage to draw in details you don't know how
English

@Tur50000 and translate it into the uniform that I'm trying to draw. I did this when trying to draw the Danish Surgeons... It's common that the surgeons would have a rank equivalent to the officers so I looked at their officers to fill in the missing parts of the uniform
English

@Sakurako_Ohmuro I don't know who started the pixelated artstyle but I think it was Cabaret? Not sure because I haven't gone that deep to list down every artist who made uniform plates... :P if you like these plates then you can try looking into Peter Bunde too which I think you might recognize.

English

@Sakurako_Ohmuro There isn't a specific person who made all of these uniform plates. This one I used is made by Frédéric Pouvesle, the one who made the Waterloo regiment plates(mont saint jean) is Alexis Cabaret, the one who made the War of 1812 plates is Olivier Millet.
