I came back to 160kg(352lbs) for one :) I feel like I'm way stronger now and I may try 5kg more next week.

@maximumsoy90 Sure, but it also does train your back and it is very intense on your whole body. Since I also do squats on the smith (cause Im retarded and lack ankle mobility for now) and they are also intense af I'd rather just do these two on a separate days.
