🚨 ATTENTION Porter Baseball fans! 🚨 We are very excited to announce our baseball schedule for the 2026 season. We will be competing in the @PBTourney Buster Kelso Classic at @USAStadium, the @1340WJOL Don Ladas Memorial Tournament, and the @DISW219 Tournament. #PorterPride

This year's edition of our annual Porter Baseball Alumni Night took on a special meaning, as we honored Coach Ken Dobson! The 2026 season will be the final season for Coach Dobber, and with his retirement, he will go down as the longest serving coach in Lockport Porter Baseball history! Dobber began his journey with this program all the way back in 1980, and we have been so fortunate for the truly countless hours of work and lifetime of dedication that he has given to us along the way. In order to properly celebrate these 46 years of service, we were blessed to have a fantastic turnout consisting of many of Coach Dobson's former players, coaching mates, coworkers, and his family there to honor him! We are so thankful to the many people who helped to put together such a great night, and it just shows how special the Lockport Porter Baseball community really is.

Homecoming of sorts today. So excited to bring @AllemanBSBL to Ed Flink Field tonight for @PorterBaseball Alumni Night. Lockport is a place that holds so many great memories, and helped shape who I am today. I’m extremely grateful for the continued support from the Porter Baseball community throughout my coaching journey. It’s even more special to be back during Coach Dobson’s final season, as he wraps up an incredible 47-year coaching career. I’m honored to be part of it. Looking forward to being back where it all started!

Lockport (10-7) falls in extra innings to St. Laurence in today’s resumption of our @DISW219 Tournament game. Trace Schaaf, Declan Andler, and Anthony Farina threw the ball well to keep the Vikings to only 2 runs.

The lower level squads both faced off against Downers Grove South yesterday. The JV bat stayed hot, leading the way to a 17-13 victory, and the freshmen team fell in another high scoring affair by score of 11-7. Keep working hard men!
