I made a post one day, and many of you disagreed with me. Did you see the manner in which it was done? Very respectful. There are ways you disagree with people. This is my number 1 point.

The reason I told that story is because many people are very stupid on social media. Dr Stan already had an issue with Agba before now. John Doe treats his page like his investment. And it's his investment. The story I told is a direct explanation of what happened. So, those who were surprised I agree with him a lot, and his way of life can unfollow me now. And many others can unfollow me, too. On this topic, I'm done. And you know my stand from henceforth. Happy Easter ❤️

I laid one of my staff off one time over what many of you would see as trivial. I know you're interested, so I will give you the gist. There was this particular staff. Didn't come to work, called her to check up, but not connecting. She newly joined us. She resumed the following day, and I asked her: "Blessing, you didn't come to work yesterday. What happened?" "Sir, I was sick." "We already told you in the interview and even in the form you signed, that if you are not well, or wouldn't be coming to work cos of emergencies, give us heads up. Please inform us next time." About a month later... She repeated same thing. And on that same day, this time, she and one other guy didn't come, but the other guy had gone through the normal process. So, it wasn't an issue for the guy the following day when he came to work. I called Blessing out on our WhatsApp group... And populated adequate sanctions. And instead of Blessing being apologetic, she went... In the group.... Not in private. Because all I'm narrating, I was away, unlike the first case when I was around. So she went: "Sir, but I'm not the only one who didn't come to work yesterday. Why is it only me that is facing sanctions?" I got angry and imposed more serious sanctions. And in all I am saying, I was on my CCTV watching their patterns. At my place, we have management team, sales team and support team. Blessing is in the support team. So, I saw one of my old staff of over 2 years, who left her sales position to sit with Blessing. What they were saying, I don't know. But I noticed she was part of the people giving Blessing wings. I flung Blessing out of the group immediately after the sanction and faced the other lady 3 days after. And laid her off. So, when I say I agree with John Doe a lot and his way of life, this is one of such moves.
