Talking stage becomes boring when you rely on routine questions alone. Instead of: “Have you eaten?” “How was your day?” “Have you bath?” Try this: 1. Allow small silence. You don’t have to talk every minute. 2. React to what they say. Show you are actually paying attention. 3. Ask what you really want to know. Not just questions out of habit. 4. Talk about a movie or music based on their interests. 5. Share random thoughts. Small things can start longer conversation. 6. Share little stories. Even small moments can be interesting. 7. Be playful sometimes. Light jokes make conversation relaxed. 8. Let conversation flow naturally. Don’t force it every time.

As a chronic introvert who never liked hanging out or talking much, I was insecure most of my life until I learned something: Most people are too busy thinking about themselves to be thinking about you. That realization changed everything. 1. I stopped overthinking every little thing I said 2. I stopped assuming people were judging me 3. I accepted that awkward moments happen to everyone 4. I focused on improving myself instead of impressing others 5. I learned that confidence comes from doing, not waiting to feel ready 6. I became comfortable with silence instead of forcing conversations 7. I realized you don’t have to be loud to be respected 8. I understood that self-respect attracts respect Confidence didn’t come from becoming extroverted... it came from becoming comfortable with who I am.

People who went from insecure to genuinely confident, what was the one shift that actually changed everything for you?
