Two years ago today i weighed 265 pounds… I was in the toughest part of my life but I got up and attacked it every single day. Through all the days i wanted to quit, i never did because i knew something about myself nobody else believed in. 265 pounds to 190 and dropped my 40 from 5.6 to a 4.79.
