Her name is Rita Kaushik. She was the Principal Family Court Judge in Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh. In December 2024 Atul Subhash named her in his 81 minute video and 24 page suicide note. He alleged she demanded Rs 5 lakh bribe for a favourable verdict in his case. He alleged a court clerk demanded Rs 3 lakh just to schedule hearing dates. When he refused the alimony order came. Rs 80,000 per month. Atul Subhash died on December 9 2024. No FIR was filed against Rita Kaushik. No inquiry was ordered. On June 6 2025 she was promoted to District Judge. Atul Subhash’s case is adjourned to November 2026. The accused in his death are on bail. The judge he named is now a District Judge. This is the system Indian men are fighting.

#BREAKİNG : The US government has officially put India on a censorship watchlist. Not a journalist. Not an opposition leader. Washington DC. In writing. Submitted to the US Congress. The USTR just labeled our IT Rules a “trade barrier”, the same category as tariffs. America now has a weapon at the negotiating table, and we handed it to them ourselves. ▪️ India has recorded 600+ internet shutdowns, more than any other democracy on this planet. The world noticed. Washington documented it. ▪️ The Modi government just introduced the world’s strictest content takedown window; just 3 hours. Maybe it’s time to introduce reforms, such as mandating severance pay ranging from three months to one year based on an employee’s tenure, as is the norm in the West; allowing EMI pauses for a 3-6 months; and providing a time-bound monthly allowance from the govt for involuntary job losses. If Ladla/Ladlis can get free money, free ration, free water, and electricity, without paying any income tax, why not support a worker who has been paying taxes and contributing?

Banning accounts for parody, satire, or sarcasm directed at politicians is neither logical nor defensible. Political expression, especially criticism, is meant to be uncomfortable. Suppressing it simply because it offends sets a dangerous precedent. Account blocks are justified only when content crosses into incitement of violence, promotion of terrorism, or poses a clear threat to public order or national security. Beyond that threshold, disagreement, even sharp or mocking, remains protected speech. At the same time, I am not a free speech absolutist. If someone is abusive, spreads fake news, or violates the law through their online activity, action should be taken against the specific offence through due process. Just as in real life, if someone breaks the law, you punish them accordingly, but you do not permanently strip them of their right to speak again. Suspending or silencing an entire platform of expression is therefore disproportionate and undermines fundamental freedoms. Supporting such overreach may feel convenient when it targets others, but the same logic will inevitably be used against you. You will not be in power forever, and once this precedent is set, opponents, if they come to power, will return it in kind.
