If I had to long one country right now it would probably be Georgia > amazing culture + food > mountains that rival Switzerland > cheap > 0% tax > best wine in the world > amazing history (oldest European civilization) > increasingly cosmopolitan / digital nomad friendly (nice cafes, westernized stores and restaurants) > few minorities Potential cons > infrastructure outside of major cities (not even a bad thing per say, means lots of room for improvement) > political (Russia?) > language (impossible to learn) Why does nobody talk about Georgia when talking about places like Dubai and Thailand? It’s basically the same tax benefits but without having to live with 3rd worlders

It’s accurate if you are a Westerner. If you have never encountered corruption and are not great at trading skills, India will fuck you up. As a Ukrainian who has known corruption and how it works since childhood, India feels like walking in the park to me. I have never been scammed in my life there, and I have visited the country like 15 times, most of the major cities, and once stayed there for over a month, traveling across the country on a motorcycle solo. So yeah, skill issue.
