@pcshipp .com by a long way for everything - nothing else is even close. ccTLD (ai, io and gtld do not rank anywhere near) varies between 10:1 and 100:1 links to rank equivalent LLM may change things but i assume we are talking about SEO in terms of google/bing/yahoo

No. It didn't up being the hedge I thought it would be. Essentially tracks the Nasdaq and I feel I can get better returns choosing stocks individually. My thesis so far has paid off. I sold my BTC at a little over 100K and put it into individual stocks. BTC down 30% stocks up 70%. I will continue this until proven otherwise

I see one of my recent sales on LTO is a meme coin. I'll 100% be getting this back before the payments finish up. This is exactly why I need to be able to set up higher first payments on @atomHQ or change my LTOs to only 3 months of payments (maybe I already can 🤷)

the problem is domains were built for humans, but humans are rapidly becoming a small % of internet traffic and economic decision-makers. And the DNS' protocol maintainers need to be nimble enough to adapt to a shifting set of requirements from these new AI customers. See email as a historical comp: > there is nothing on the horizon that will replace email. Email/SMTP did not adapt to the changing needs of the internet. email has already largely replaced by text, iMessage, slack, etc for both business and personal comms. phone numbers are increasingly used as login identifiers, especially for mobile and younger users. email is still an important piece of your identity online, but are a small % of your daily messages. I think email vs. texting is a good analogy for the changes in the DNS over the next few years. Comms bandwidth requirements exploded and became much higher fidelity in a way that email couldn't keep up with. Privately built solutions like Slack and Teams offered better ways to communicate - just like iMessage improved on SMS with reliability, photo sharing, payments, etc. the DNS will face similar challenges in the coming years with AI reshaping the internet. It's not clear what those changes will be. but technological solutions will certainly be needed both at the protocol level, or if those aren't provided, in peripheral private systems (eg AI companies building their own "GEO" algos that may or may not respect domain authority in the same way that SEO does). Bottom line is we don't know what will happen. But changes are coming x.com/ntropiq/status…

Just today, two people have told me that because of AI we won’t need domain names anymore. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Here was my reply: This is a common misconception. Where do you think all the information comes from? LLM’s access and collect all that information from the Internet. The Internet is made up of websites. All those websites are hosted on domains. Not to mention that we still need domains to advertise businesses off-line. TV, Netflix, billboards, bus benches, radio, print, etc isn’t going anywhere. And we’ve not even talked about email. There is nothing on the horizon that will replace email. All email is based on domains.

We spent $125,000 on one extra letter. Durable.co is now Durable.com. Over three million people have used Durable to start and grow their independent business. It's time our domain name matched our ambitions. We're launching something big soon to help the next 30 million grow theirs even faster. durable.com

It appears @unstoppableweb managed to piss off a whole country 😂 Should Kalin pay the $100k back for the discounts he received or should unstoppable cover the costs of the promo? The problem with low cost promos is you are scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Kalin Karakehayov@Karakehayov

The situation with @unstoppableweb evolved, after legal attempts to solve it failed, the group of Bulgarian domainers whose 8000+ domains were locked by Unstoppable Domains, have a joint statement & open letter to @ICANN, Looks like UD is in FAFO land :) Unstartabledomains(.)com
