Since 2019 The Canadian Government has collected anywhere from $40 to $45 billion dollars from its Carbon tax scheme. That’s serious money taken from Canadians, Canadian businesses & other companies.
The media never dares to ask if it’s accomplishing anything they instead push the narrative. The Government claims with no actual measurement possible that it’s reducing “emissions” ya and so? What exactly is that accomplishing? They have no idea.
We live on the same landmass as the largest economy on the planet where 342 million people don’t pay a dime towards it. Now Carney wants to make a carbon market in Canada? But once again what is it doing? They can’t say. Because it’s actually doing nothing at all but lining the pockets of Governments, banks & other select groups.
The weather isn’t actually going to change, but be assured they will always use visual evidence like wild fires and storms to say “see, emissions did that” No it did not.
But it’s hammered into people year in & year out.
Canadians hard earned money is being stolen right from their pockets & it’s our very own Government doing it. It’s disgusting.

What surprised me looking at the RWA XYZ real world asset tables concerning. XRPL tokenisation was that there is a second large supply of a USD back stable coin called Braza USDB on the XRPL. 90 million. This is minted by a Braza group entity that operates as a licensed FX bank regulated by Brazil’s central bank. The title supply of $90 million is minted on the XRPL.. none is minted on Ethereum as is the case with RLUSD.

It’s interesting how much the wording alone shapes people’s reactions.
When I’m asked what I do here in Thailand... especially by affluent, professional circles...I’ll say Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, Web3. The response is usually curiosity, respect, and genuine interest. It sounds structured, forward-looking, and tied to innovation.
If I just say crypto, you can almost feel the shift. Different tone, different perception.
Same space… completely different framing.
That’s psychology at play. People don’t react to reality first...they react to labels and narratives.
“Crypto” has been conditioned through headlines, volatility, and scams.
“Digital assets and tokenization” sound like infrastructure, evolution, and institutional relevance.
Nothing changed except the words… but the meaning in their mind changed completely.

BREAKING: Canada’s food inflation continued to be the worst in the G7 in March as overall inflation sees the biggest one-month jump in 13 months. We cannot solely blame global factors when Canada’s food prices are rising faster than all other G7 countries, which face the same factors. The Carney Liberals' money-printing deficits and high taxes have inflated everything and helped give Canada the worst household debt, the worst housing costs and the worst food inflation in the G7. We don’t need another speech. We need results: bring down the cost of government to bring down the cost of living.

The SEC’s first mission is to protect investors. Under Gary Gensler, the SEC clearly lost its way. He declared war on a technology.. It was an unlawful power grab…and the courts said as much.
By comparison, @SECPaulSAtkins is a breath of fresh air and sanity. He is a model of what leadership at the SEC should look like… he’s focusing on what matters - protecting investors and fostering innovations that help those investors and the markets.
