Planting seeds of success, one family at a time 🌱 Families of emergent bilingual students gathered for the Region 10 Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Fair to grow together and feel empowered in supporting their child’s academic achievement and language development. The day was filled with engaging learning sessions, valuable community resources, exciting giveaways, and meaningful connection. When families are equipped and empowered, students thrive.

The future of STEM is bright in Region 10! 🔬 The Region 10 Texas EcosySTEM Exchange was a powerful day of connection and celebration. More than just a meeting, this dynamic network brings together educators, industry leaders, and higher education partners to spark innovation and expand equitable access to STEM opportunities for every student across Texas. A highlight of the day was the White Coat Ceremony, honoring educators who earned STEM certification through the National Institute for STEM Education and recognizing their commitment to excellence.

Region 10 had the honor of hosting 13 international education leaders from 12 Latin American countries this week as part of the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Our STEM team shared insights on the TEA STEM Framework, STEM Toolkit, Texas EcosySTEM, and our professional development offerings. Together, we explored innovative teacher recruitment, STEM career pathways, and hands-on youth learning. Thank you to our visitors for this incredible exchange of ideas and connections!
