I knew someone who faced a devastating disease. She lost her eyesight and movement in half of her body, but she refused to let go of God’s Word. Day after day, she filled her ears with truth. She pictured herself whole again and imagined doing the sport she loved most. For two years, she fought — not passively but intentionally — and little by little, she recovered it all. Today she is completely healed and back to doing what she loves! Victory didn’t come by doing nothing. It came by pressing in, holding on, and possessing God’s promises one step at a time. That same power is at work in you. You can recover all! — Denise Renner

When we’re seeking the Lord with all our hearts — hearing His voice and pressing in to obey Him despite all obstacles — some people in our lives may come to us with a negative opinion or with opposition. But I’m telling you, there is One who stands up and says, “Let her (or him) alone!” — Denise Renner “Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!” — 1 Chronicles 16:11

Friend, the small moments you invest in your children matter more than you realize. Take this precious window while your children are young to put God’s Word in their hearts. Pray with them. Let them fall asleep hearing your voice speak life and truth over them. You are building a foundation — one that will not only support them, but may one day be passed down to their own children. What you’re doing is not in vain. — Denise Renner

Is it possible that God wants you to let go of something so He can bring something brand new into your life? Many saints who have gone before us chose the way of surrender. They let go of their own wills and plans, and they surrendered their plans into the hands of our Father. And just like Esther, God gave back to them much more than they ever surrendered. — Denise Renner “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” — Isaiah 43:18-19

Jealousy is a horrible thing, and we do not want to have it in our hearts. Jealousy can just eat up our peace and take our joy, and if it takes our joy, it will take our strength. So we don’t want to embrace jealousy in our hearts. — Denise Renner "A sound heart is life to the body, but envy is rottenness to the bones." — Proverbs 14:30

“How can you tell the difference between true prophecy and deception?” First, it must align with the Word of God. God will never speak something that contradicts what He has already written in Scripture. That’s your foundation, but there’s something else just as important: you have the Holy Spirit living inside you. He gives you an inner witness. The Bible says the Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth. You are not left to figure things out on your own. He will lead you, warn you, and keep you safe. So when something doesn’t feel right in your spirit, pay attention. God is faithful to guide you. — Denise Renner

The Bible says Jesus didn’t come to condemn but to serve. He came to earth so that He could give Himself to you. He is freely offering Himself — His great healing power and His mercy and compassion — to you right now. You simply have to receive it by faith. — Denise Renner “For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” — John 3:17

The Bible says God inhabits the praises of His people. When we give praise and thanksgiving to God, we also give Him the opportunity to work in our lives. — Denise Renner “But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel.” — Psalm 22:3

Have you ever noticed that when you’re in a desperate place, the most powerful thing you can do is draw near to God? That’s exactly what Esther did. She stepped out in courage and went before the king, and he extended his scepter, sparing her life. When he asked what she wanted, her response seemed unexpected: a banquet and then another banquet. Why? Because this wasn’t just strategy — it was the result of prayer and fasting. Mordecai was praying. The Jewish people were fasting. Esther and her maids were seeking God with everything they had, and as they drew near to Him, He drew near to them (see James 4:8). In that place of closeness with God, Esther received wisdom, timing, and divine strategy. — Denise Renner

Can you imagine receiving news that everything you love — your family, your future, your very life — would be taken in a single day? That’s exactly what happened in the book of Esther. Because one man, Mordecai, refused to bow, Haman became so filled with rage that he plotted to destroy an entire nation. Not just one person but men, women, and even children. A decree was sent out to annihilate the Jewish people in one day. It’s almost unthinkable. But this moment reminds us of something powerful: even when evil seems overwhelming and situations feel impossible, God is never absent. What looks like total devastation can become the very place where His plan for deliverance begins. If you’ve ever faced a moment that felt hopeless or beyond repair, take heart: God is still writing your story, and He is able to turn even the darkest decree into a testimony of restoration. — Denise Renner

Have you ever felt spiritually exhausted? It may feel that way, but the truth is, your spirit doesn’t get exhausted. You can absolutely feel drained in your body, your mind, or your emotions. Life has a way of pressing hard in those areas. But your spirit? You are one spirit with God, and He lives in you. That part of you is being renewed every single day. 2 Corinthians 4:16 says, “Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.” So if you feel worn out, recognize where it’s coming from. Maybe your body needs rest. Maybe your mind needs peace. Take a nap. Step away. Breathe. Do something that refreshes you naturally. But don’t believe the lie that your spirit is empty. — Denise Renner

Adopting an attitude of thankfulness and praise is very important — not only because it helps us maintain a posture of faith and positions us to receive from God, but because He deserves our praise! — Denise Renner "Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name." — Psalm 100:4

There is such great power in the delivering voice of God! When He speaks and we respond, His voice takes precedence over what we think and what we’re going through. — Denise Renner "The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty." — Psalm 29:4

“How should you respond when someone believes something completely different than you?” You don’t have to argue — you just have to be led. When you’re in those moments, listen to the Holy Spirit. He knows exactly what to say and how to say it. You can be kind, you can listen, but don’t hide your faith. Share what you believe, who Jesus is, and what He’s done and can do. God may have placed you in that situation on purpose, for that one person, at that exact time. Be bold, be led, and trust the Holy Spirit will guide every word. — Denise Renner

He honors hearts that diligently seek Him. That place of seeking is a place in Him where He has called us to abide. Healing is in that place, because He wants to heal us. — Denise Renner "And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart." — Jeremiah 29:13

The Holy Spirit is a guide who leads you away from lies and into truth — not to restrict you, but to protect you. He shows you what you cannot see on your own. He brings clarity where confusion once ruled. That guidance is proof of God’s goodness toward you. — Denise Renner “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth….” — John 16:13 (NKJV)
