Given the nature of docs in question, we are sending a preservation notice. Docs need to be returned to ODNI given that ODNI was given direction and authority by the President to declass RFK, MLK, & JFK. Regarding MKULTRA, these were documents specifically requested by my Task Force and currently being used for our investigation.

Gas prices directly impact every American. We need to put party politics aside and pass my American Families Gas Tax Relief Act (H.R. 8795) to temporarily remove the federal gas tax for 120 days, taking 18 cents off gas and 24 cents off diesel. This is commonsense legislation.

I am noticing a few large accounts stating falsely that I claimed there was a raid on Tulsi Gabbard’s office by the CIA. This is completely false. There is no clip or statement that exists. Why is there an orchestrated push for this narrative? Not one account can post a clip of me saying that cause it never happened. When Congress is notified of conflicting narratives from different agencies, i.e., the CIA and ODNI, it is our job to follow through to ensure documents are preserved and not destroyed. This is not an issue with Ratcliffe or Gabbard. For people to act like the CIA doesn’t have a history of destroying documents is BIZARO-WORLD. Watch the clip for yourself. I am talking about what the whistleblower is saying under oath.

This is false. I never claimed a “raid” was made. Show me one clip where I say that? ODNI did confirm docs were taken that were under their jurisdiction. That is a problem. Also, this is DIRECTLY based off whistleblower testimony and ODNI. Idk what low level staffers you were talking to but this was DIRECTLY confirmed, hence the preservation of documents letter from Oversight signed by the Chairman. Also, isn’t it ironic that you have such wild out of context claims about me and yet a few months ago you crashed a meeting in my office that you were uninvited to, that I was hosting and I let you stay. Yeah must be so bad that you show up to my office to chill, and that was not the first time you came in. You sound sour grapes.

🚨 BREAKING UPDATE: Despite claims made by Anna Paulina Luna, DNI Gabbard’s office was NOT raided by CIA (or anyone else), WH and DNI officials confirm to me Luna has since side-stepped her claims as well. This age of US Reps. saying ANYTHING just for some TV time needs to END. The reason this was particularly troubling is because millions of Americans were given the impression the CIA was actively staging a COUP and taking illegal, unilateral actions mere HOURS after the President left the country. Even FOX NEWS was duped into believe Luna’s story, and presented it as “BREAKING NEWS” Same with NewsNation. Members of Congress need to go back to REPRESENTING THEIR CONSTITUENTS rather than desperately trying to become social media influencers.
