I wish Cologne and Perfume makers would develop something for people to wear, who have adverse reactions to someone's "fragrance". I really hate going to airports, malls, theaters, buses, etc., and my wife's airway closes in reaction to someone's cologne/perfume or air freshener.

The farm gate down the lane sells a glass of milk. The same milk humans have been drinking for ten thousand years. The petrol station is fine. The farm gate is the problem. You can decide which of these your government is actually trying to protect you from.

I have a question that should be a good debate topic As a private Landlord, if you’re renting out a single family house and the prices start decreasing in the area, do you offer that reduction in rent to already in place Good tenants or only during lease renewal time? Same question goes if you are a tenant and the owner of the house is a private Landlord and you noticed the pricing is decreasing in your area. Do you ask the owner for a lower rent amount or do you wait until lease renewal?
