I traveled to Minnesota today to stand with those who are raising their voices in this moral moment. There comes a time in every generation where we must decide if we will stand up for our freedoms. Keep using your voice. And know that I’m fighting for you.

We need to end partisan gerrymandering on a national level. But those of us who believe in the cause of democracy and justice can not and must not unilaterally disarm in this moment. Our President is trying to hold on to power by rigging the maps. We must fight back.

Thank you Shawn for showing up and fighting for the people of Northwest Georgia. The energy and support you have built has been inspiring. I am reminded today that while the arc of history is long, it bends towards justice. Keep up the fight!

I will not stay silent while our President threatens to commit war crimes in our name. We cannot let war make us lose sight of our humanity. We cannot forget that Iranian children are children of God too.

My message on this Easter Sunday.

I still remember when presidents had to be dignified, show some decorum, especially in the wake of a human being's death. Now there is no bottom, no leadership or humanity at the top.

Donald Trump has failed to make life more affordable. His grip on power is slipping and he knows it.

They’re arresting journalists. Seizing ballots. Killing protesters in cold blood. And now, they’re trying to put Senators in jail. This is a full-on assault on our rights and freedoms.

Georgia has overcome voter suppression before and we will overcome it again. If we raise our voices together, there is nothing Donald Trump can do to stop what’s coming.

Donald Trump is a failed President, a liar, and a thief. He knows he can’t win fair and square. That’s why he is trying to seize control of our elections. We won’t let him get away with it.

Trump’s support is collapsing rapidly. He is panicking. So he’s doing what he always does: Attacking our elections. Be vigilant.

I visited the sites where Alex Pretti and Renee Good were murdered this morning. I am determined to honor their legacy not just with words, but with action. I will do everything in my power to block funding for ICE and hold Donald Trump accountable.
