همانطور که در پیامم پس از هلاکت خامنهای تاکید کردم، هرگونه جانشینسازی برای او، از پیش شکست خورده است. هر نامی که معرفی شود، مجتبی باشد یا حسن، فاقد مشروعیت، و شریک کارنامه خونین این رژیم و رهبران جنایتکارش، خمینی و خامنهای خواهد بود.
رژیمِ در حال سقوط جمهوری اسلامی، هیچ مشروعیتی ندارد. تنها جایگزین مشروع این رژیم، سامانه گذار است که چارچوب آن از طریق کتابچه مرحله اضطراری پروژه شکوفایی ایران به اطلاع شما رسیده است و اجزای آن نیز به تدریج معرفی خواهد شد.
خطاب به همه کارگزاران پیشین و کنونی جمهوری اسلامی که دستشان به خون ملت آغشته نیست: به اراده ملت احترام بگذارید. بیدرنگ و بیخشونت قدرت را واگذار کنید؛ پیوستن خود به انقلاب شیروخورشید ملت ایران را اعلام کنید؛ و در گذار باثبات و امن ایران به یک دولت منتخب ملی سهیم شوید.
به جامعه جهانی میگویم: در کنار ملت ایران بایستید. نامشروع بودن جمهوری اسلامی را اعلام، و سامانه گذار را بهعنوان نماینده اراده ملت به رسمیت بشناسید.
پیروزی نزدیک است. ملت ایران آزاد خواهد شد و به یاد خواهد سپرد چه کسانی در دوران سختی در کنارش ایستادند.

My compatriots in the diaspora,
Your efforts and work in recent weeks, and your remarkable presence on the Global Day of Action, have played a key role in changing global public opinion and influencing decision-makers to support the people of Iran.
In the sensitive days and weeks ahead, your role in sustaining this support to bring an end to the disgraceful reign of the Islamic Republic is vital.
Along this path, I ask you to undertake the following activities:
Contact representatives and decision-makers in your countries of residence. Persuade them that support for the people of Iran must continue until the very moment the Islamic Republic falls. Also emphasize the inviolability of Iran’s territorial integrity. Stress full commitment to the will of the Iranian people in establishing the country’s future system of government. And insist on the utmost care to prevent harm to civilians.
In dialogue and correspondence with media outlets and civil institutions, convey the clear message and demand of the people of Iran in the most appropriate manner.
By participating in large marches, demonstrate and express what the people of Iran want.
Decisive moments lie ahead of us—moments that will shape Iran’s future for decades and centuries to come. Redouble your efforts.
You are the children of Arash, who placed his very life into his arrow. Devote your every last ounce of energy to sustaining global support for erasing this Zahhak-like regime from the sacred soil of Iran.
A heavy burden of destiny rests upon the shoulders of us all. And we, together, will walk this path until final victory.
