I hope your right. Something just doesn’t feel 100%. If existing power at NC-1 max out at 40MW, and they haven’t started building out a new substation or ordered long lead substation materials (which is very expensive), could be 1-3 years to build. Unless they have another power source (someone mentioned gas). Also With the tightening of private credit, wobbles in the overall market, the recent WYFI large share sell off (institutions are also selling), maybe only the larger/financially stronger AI data center companies will prosper. Unless WYFI just stays really small. We all hope $10 is the lowest and we are back to $20 soon 🤞
