A new record home-ownership rate in 2025, 85%, up from 81% in my first year as PM. Schemes like equity sharing, the 10% deposit scheme, New Hope, the first time buyers grant, the incentives to buy UCA properties all helped to achieve this result. But more remains to be done. - RA

5/7 Couples will be able to transfer up to five years of N.I contributions to help a partner qualify for the minimum pension. And from 2027, widows and widowers will receive their late spouse's full pension — with a 20% increase for those who lost their own. -RA #IntMalta

4/7 Parents of children with a disability will continue paying tax at the parental rate until their child turns 23 . The carers grant will double to the equivalent of minimum wage. Because no parent should carry this alone. -RA #IntMalta
