@pedidosya me mandaron un producto nada que ver con el pedido (y más caro) y no hay forma de pedir que me lo sustituyan por el correcto. Lo único puedo hacer es pedir una devolución del importe y para eso tengo que darles más datos de los que pide el FBI. Bastante deshonesto.
