Biar otot dada makin pecah merekah itu jangan cuma fokus dorong beban berat doang. Kuncinya ada di Mind-Muscle Connection. Lo harus benar-benar "ngerasain" otot dadanya yang narik, bukan cuma bahu atau trisep yang pegel.
Jangan cuma ayun-ayun beban ya, it’s all about the contraction, guys.
Gerakan kayak Dumbbell Flyes itu bagus buat ngebuka serat otot. Tapi be careful sama form-nya, jangan terlalu rendah biar bahu gak cedera. Safety first, aesthetic later.
Punya dada gede tapi bahu bungkuk (rounded shoulders) = big NO. Lo harus imbangin sama latihan punggung (Back day) biar bahu lo ketarik ke belakang secara alami. Dada bakal otomatis kelihatan lebih "keluar" dan proud.
Gak perlu langsung angkat beban yang bikin lo struggling parah sampai form-nya hancur. Mending beban moderat tapi progressive overload (nambah beban/repetisi bertahap). Slow but sure, literally.
Jadi, besok pas Chest Day, jangan cuma ego lifting ya. Fokus ke feeling-nya, hajar upper chest-nya, dan jaga diet-nya. Good luck on your fitness journey!
