The situation has become extremely difficult after the crossings and borders were closed, humanitarian aid was blocked, and goods were prevented from entering, which caused prices to rise dramatically. On top of that, we are facing repeated displacement and there are no job opportunities. Despite all these circumstances, we are doing our best to support people living in tents and shelters through small humanitarian initiatives, trying to ease even a little of their suffering. At the same time, I am responsible for supporting my own family, in addition to four other families from my relatives since the beginning of the war. Among them are children and sick people, and we are all living in very difficult conditions, with shortages of food, medicine, and basic necessities. Your support has saved us many times. After God, you were the reason we were able to continue and also help others. I hope you will continue to stand with us. We truly need you now more than ever. One of the first major acts of modern terrorism in Palestine was the bombing of the King David Hotel by the Zionist paramilitary group Irgun in 1946, which killed 91 people. Since then, Zionist groups have carried out acts of terror across the region and the world. They have a history of targeting Palestinians abroad, including the assassination of activist Alex Odeh in the U.S., and continue to expand their influence and attacks wherever they operate. They must be stopped. Elected officials or state representatives who work with or support these groups must be investigated. Their rhetoric enables Zionist terrorism. Gaza exposed it to the world and we must act accordingly.

I never imagined that my final year of medical school would look like this. I am a medical student from Gaza, because forced displacement, I had to continue my studies outside Gazawhile my family of 7 and my wife are struggling to survive in Gaza after losing our home and everything we had. Right now, they don’t have Basic necessities. Every day I wake up with one question in my mind: How can I help them when I can barely afford to survive myself? I am doing everything I can.
