4060s and 5090 Laptops are already sold out. 💻 ... we just listed them yesterday. Chefs, if you would like your RTX laptop added, then get 'em online. You don't have to run Salad. Just keep it open. We need more machines online before we can push them to full compatibility.

@popovici1984 You never know for certain. Our three largest customers have communicated that they intend to run for at least another 4 months, or indefinitely. But, anyone can leave Salad at any time - customer or Chef.

@Salad_Chefs So you know the period of this jobs? How long?

@OctolingJake I don't think there's anything specifically holding the A2000 back - 12GB VRAM should be plenty to do many of the workloads available on the network. The issue is our ability to support them without a certain quantity available - and whether our customers want them specifically.

@Salad_Chefs Wow, my RTX A2000 would love to help but i’m not sure if there’s a possible way to split container loads so it’s actually able to do with the containers want them to do which is how I would potentially fix the VRAM requirement.

@n0x1ous I don't believe the 5070 laptop is supported right now, I'm working on that alongside the 5070 Ti Laptop. Did you mean 4070 Laptop? If so - it's the same rate(s) as the RTX 4060.

@studieRoy No, unless you're not getting a job because you don't have enough storage/RAM - but for most of what's available on the network right now you should be fine as is.

@Salad_Chefs Will earnings increase if i allocate 500gb storage instead of 250gb? Also wil earnings increase if i have 64gb ram instead of 32gb ram?

Your options are varied! At this point it'd be easier to tell you what not to get haha. If you want to get more hardware in general that is - we still never recommend getting PCs just for Salad. I can tell you one thing though - almost everything 30 series and up is selling out

@zkCryptic They're going slow right now due to a huge influx of requests. We do them manually for quality control. What are you requesting, and for what organization name in Salad?

@Nonetheles56591 As I said above - get it online if you can. The more we have on the network, the easier it is for me to get them supported. It may take a sec for it to get a job. I need to go sell some customers on them. But don't worry - I'm already working on that 🙂

@BrianKizer12 5070 Ti is already supported, 5070 Ti Laptop is not. However, 1. Like I said earlier, get it online if you can. The more there are online, the faster I can support it. 2. For the 5070 ti Laptop - yours truly just upgraded to one. I can probably force it through for us 😉
