👏Congratulations Rachel! She's the first member of our staff to complete the four-year Physiotherapy Apprenticeship. She’s been supported by the Trust to complete this while continuing in her role as a Wessex Rehab Therapy Assistant. Since receiving her Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration, Rachel has taken up a rotational Physiotherapist post with the Trust, and is currently working with our Early Supported Discharge Team to help patients progress in their rehabilitation and recovery. Congratulations to Rachel on her qualification and career progression!👏

👏Well done to our Catering Team! 👏 They’ve been recognised at the Hospital Caterers Association Regional Cooking Competition for their skills in pies, bread, street food and live cooking. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Here are the results: Pampha GT - Silver for street food (fish curry) and Bronze for bread Joanna Chalke & Callan Howitt – Silver in Ready, Steady, Chef! for cooking and presenting two courses - salmon with roasted green vegetables and lemon meringue pie Paul Norbury – Merit for his chicken & parsnip curried pie An amazing achievement and a real credit to our Catering Team!
