To address @_CedarSteve and the Cedar DAO community, Firstly, Steve, thank you and everyone else who has continued to show faith in me over the years, despite everything. I believe most people recognise that I’ve always been here for this community, and that my work on Atlas is driven by one thing: delivering what this community deserves after its long-term support and patience. Even after stepping away from the token project, I never stopped working for this community. For over six months behind the scenes, I’ve made repeated attempts to resolve what are, in my view, totally illogical, unnecessary and self-inflicted issues created by the interim committee, largely driven by a single individual. I believe this has already caused tens of millions of dollars in damage. As former CEO of EverGrow Marketing Ltd and current CEO of Wallet Enterprises Ltd, I have repeatedly reached out to the two law firms retained by Cedar DAO to try to resolve matters. It makes no sense that lawyers claiming to represent this community would refuse to engage with the CEO of the company that ran operations and had the authority to grant the committee its limited mandate. When genuine attempts to resolve issues are ignored, it raises serious questions. To me, that is negligent and clearly not in the interests of token holders. That said, my focus has never changed. Everything I’ve done, including months of work behind the scenes, has been about what is best for this community. Many of you know that, and I appreciate those who have recognised it. I have been reluctant to step forward. But given where we are, if the community supports it, I am willing to take on a temporary role as chairman of the interim committee. My objective would be simple: fully audit the situation, understand where resources have gone over the last ten months, review all costs and obligations, and help transition to a properly elected committee focused on token holders, not personal agendas. I still believe this project can succeed. That’s why I’ve never walked away. Given the collapse in governance and the damage done, Steve’s proposal may now be the most practical path forward. If the community supports it, I will step in on a strictly temporary basis. This would be an unpaid role, limited to the minimum time required to stabilise the situation and reset governance properly. I would not remain in this role once Atlas Wallet goes live. The decision now sits with the community. But let me be clear: I have never left, and my commitment has never wavered. It is incredibly difficult to watch a project that had over $40 million in value when I handed it over ten months ago be driven to this point by actions that run directly against the interests of token holders. But recovery is still possible, if we act now. If Steve’s proposal is supported, I will do everything I can to fix this and put us back in a position to succeed ahead of the Atlas launch. We Are Cedar.

No decent person takes any pleasure in this war. Not in US F-35s being shot down, not in Iranian schoolchildren killed, not in civilians bombed in Tel Aviv. The only thing worth celebrating in war is its end.

Bob Mueller was one of the finest directors in the history of the FBI, transforming the bureau after 9/11 and saving countless lives. But it was his relentless commitment to the rule of law and his unwavering belief in our bedrock values that made him one of the most respected public servants of our time. Michelle and I send our condolences to Bob’s family, and everyone who knew and admired him.

I don't want to be back in that position either, Moon, but it's been unbearable watching this all unfold over the last 10 months. I know I can fix these issues. Our failures over the years have 100% been development; not community, finances, marketing, people management etc. We had the vision when it came to development, but we lacked a CTO. Now Atlas has one, all those past failures are no longer a future issue, and I can focus on what I do - finance, marketing, general product vision, and we finally have the right guy to oversee the deep technical elements we never had covered before. Things can be very different going forwards if we can solve this immediate governance and community issue.

@SamCKx @_CedarSteve The sad part about this, is I wouldn't want Sam back in charge. But the situation is so bad now, that I see little choice left. This community is in shambles with the current committee / management. Socials are a complete disaster and a shell of what they used to be.

Bard, structures like this exist across the corporate world. They are standard practice and do not, in themselves, constitute a conflict of interest. What we’re seeing here is the use of buzzwords by people who don’t properly understand how businesses or governance frameworks actually operate, and it’s being used to generate unnecessary FUD within the community. There is also no formal or legal investigation. What we have is a single individual making that claim, while an entire elected committee has made it clear they do not support those actions. No law firm has come forward to substantiate these claims in any manner. I am simply offering to step in and help stabilise a project I oversaw for many years. During that time, no one raised concerns about conflicts, despite Wallet Enterprises Ltd being the entity behind Atlas during that time too. This narrative has only emerged recently, and it driven by those who have been trying to hurt this project for many years. If the community doesn’t support Steve’s proposal, that’s entirely their call and should be decided by vote. If the community does support it, then I'm willing to step in and steady the ship.

@SamCKx @_CedarSteve While I understand the perspective and your willingness to step forward, there are two issues that makes this problematic - 1) Conflict of interest and 2) Your activities in the past role are under investigation. Whether innocent or not - this would be too controversial.

@ed_janz @_CedarSteve It would be a breach of their fiduciary duty if they refused to liaise with an elected representative of the community. Let's just hope that these firms do what's right for token holders. After all, we are the ones paying them.

@SamCKx @_CedarSteve This has to happen. But if we hold a vote and the community elects you, how are you going to remove the other person and get the law firms to communicate with you? They have all been ignoring us all. We have to have the vote and get you directly involved again Sam.

Tony, I don’t disagree. But until we formally agreed to fund Atlas, allow for future fundraising and dilution, and bring in a CTO, we were operating on a fixed, finite budget. If that ran out, the project was over. We simply didn’t have the resources or runway to operate at an industry level, especially against competitors who have raised tens, if not hundreds, of millions. Having a CTO onboard over these past months, with the knowledge that we can raise further capital if needed, has completely changed the dynamic. Like you, he brings decades of experience from real corporate software development, not just the web3 environment. That alone has been a game changer. For me, the key shift is that we’re now able to run Atlas like a proper company. That’s what matters. We can’t change the past, and I’m the first to acknowledge we were operating under severely suboptimal conditions. All we can do now is prove, through the launch of Atlas, that we’ve built a genuinely competitive product with a small team and a modest budget.
