Concluding a very productive visit to Italy. My discussions with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni covered a wide range of sectors. A key outcome of the visit was our decision to elevate India-Italy ties to a Special Strategic Partnership, which will add new momentum to our cooperation in the years to come. भारत Food-Surplus Nation होने के साथ-साथ वैश्विक Food Security में भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे रहा है। हमारे लिए Food Security केवल एक Policy Matter नहीं, बल्कि यह मानवता के प्रति हमारी जिम्मेदारी भी है।

भारत में कृषि जीवन की मूल धारा और हमारी संस्कृति का अभिन्न अंग है। हम सिर्फ Production बढ़ाने के लिए ही नहीं, बल्कि एक ऐसा Farming Ecosystem बनाने के लिए भी काम कर रहे हैं, जो Sustainable भी हो, Climate-Resilient भी हो और Future-Ready भी हो।

I am very grateful to the Indian community in Italy for the warm welcome in Rome last evening. Their deep affection for India and commitment towards strengthening India-Italy ties are truly commendable. The Indian diaspora continues to make our nation proud across the world.

Five Italians passionate about Indian dance, Svamini Atmananda Giri, Ms. Martina Meenakshi Argada, Ms. Lucrezia Maniscotti, Ms. Valeria Vespaziani, Ms. Rosella Fanelli performed ‘Trigalbandi’, which included Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam and Kathak. It is wonderful to see Indian dance forms drawing global interest.

Indian music is getting very popular in Italy. During the community welcome in Rome last evening, five Italian artistes performed the Hamsadhwani. Compliments to Mr. Valerio Bruni (Santoor), Mr. Leo Vertunni (Sitar), Mr. Simone Mattiello (Bansuri), Mr. Francesco Gherardi (Tabla) and Mr. Nicolo Mellochi (Bansuri).

Jeg hadde fruktbare samtaler med statsminister Jonas Gahr Støre i Oslo. Et av de viktigste høydepunktene var oppgraderingen av vårt bilaterale partnerskap til et grønt strategisk partnerskap, som vil styrke samarbeidet innen ren energi, bærekraftig vekst, den blå økonomien og grønn skipsfart, samt flere andre områder. Vi diskuterte også hvordan vi kan styrke forbindelsene innen innovasjon, forskning, utdanning, helsevesen og kompetanseutvikling. In my remarks, highlighted India’s reform trajectory and emphasis on futuristic sectors. Invited companies to deepen their investment in India and collaborate with our talented youth. @MinPres

My Netherlands visit has added new momentum to India-Netherlands ties. From elevating our relationship to a Strategic Partnership to expanding cooperation in water resources, semiconductors, innovation, defence, sustainability and mobility, we have charted an ambitious roadmap for the future. I express my gratitude to PM Rob Jetten for the warm hospitality and for personally coming to the airport to bid farewell. I am confident that the friendship between India and the Netherlands will continue to grow stronger in the years to come. @MinPres
