PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is now called PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) because it better reflects the hormonal and metabolic nature of the condition. This is major. Because when we name things correctly, we understand them better and care improves.

15 days to Menstrual Hygiene Day ❤️ Creating a period-friendly world starts with awareness and the willingness to keep showing up for girls and women everywhere. Let us continue to break the stigma and create spaces where every girl and woman is supported with dignity.

Last week, we visited My Dreamland School in Ajegunle, where we empowered female students with menstrual health education and period products. A major appreciation to @Flowwithorenteh for collaborating with us in making this outreach the massive success it was ❤️

When it comes to menstrual health, the change we hope for usually begins with these ; Education. Access. Openness. By lending our voices to advocate for these changes in our communities, a period-friendly world becomes a possible reality to experience in our lifetime ❤️

With Menstrual Hygiene Day one month away, it is important to constantly remind ourselves and the women around us that menstruation is a natural and healthy part of life. And it deserves understanding and support, not silence or stigma. Send this to a woman you care about🤍
