Yea, and that's called "blood rights citizenship" that and naturalization should be the only pathways to citizenship. The issue with an amendment is you need 3/4 ratification; 38/50 states in agreement. In our current situation, the communists will never vote for such an amendment, because they know it would functionally be the end of their party.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. Under the Pinkerton doctrine (from a 1946 Supreme Court case), once someone is part of the conspiracy, they can be held liable for foreseeable substantive crimes committed by co-conspirators in furtherance of it—even if they didn't personally commit or directly intend that specific act. This is how high-level figures can face accountability for the actions of those beneath them when evidence shows they were in on the scheme or directed/encouraged it. That’s not what allegiance means.

Congress has passed numerous laws criminalizing, prohibiting, forbidding and barring the entry of unauthorized and inadmissible foreigners. To say that this same class of excluded foreigners — whose very presence here is a crime — when Congress mandated a physical wall to keep them out — have a legal right to birth American Citizens is the gravest and most preposterous of all constitutional abominations.

The left’s argument for birthright citizenship is obviously insane but it’s even more insane when you consider that they actually don’t believe in your or my “birthright.” We are on stolen land and don’t belong here, according to them. But the anchor baby whose parents got here from Guatemala 10 seconds ago has a “birthright” and is tied to this nation by blood for all time. That’s actually their position. This should be the basic standard, if you're here unlawfully you should be deported and if both of a child's parents are illegal aliens (foreign nationals who have entered the United States without authorization) then they should all be DEPORTED as a family. Should be a relevant question at every single hospital and hospital staff should be required to inform DHS/CBP. So that once they have received medical treatment, they can be deported...I'm not cruel, I understand if they're already having a child etc. but that child shouldn't automatically be given citizenship...and the whole family should be deported upon receiving the medical care required for child birth, and bill should be sent to the parents or their country of origin. No more free rides, no more cheating the system, no more illegal aliens taking advantage of America, and Americans. @WhiteHouse make this the standard.

That's just that person's actions being held accountable in that country, which is what we're doing. If you come here illegally you should be held accountable and deported. If you come here illegally and steal tax payers dollars you should be held accountable and deported. If you come here illegally and commit crimes you should be held accountable and deported. If you come here illegally and have a child, that child shouldn't automatically gain citizenship, instead the whole family should be held accountable and deported.
