Tues Tip: Slow down… remove the outcome and focus on feel and flow. Enjoy the sweetness of the strike. Aim for 40% effort. Don’t kick it harder… aim to strike it sweeter. 👊🏻

Tues Tip: Feel that power position by rehearsing it on a post…  - body over ball - opposite shoulder forward  - quad activated  - good posture  Then try to get into that position over a ball. 💪🏻
