@ScottishWidows Without Prejudice , should be investigated - for potentially blocking pension transfers, fobbing customers off, not following up complaints. Stall you anyway they can until you give up.

@ScottishWidows Hi Greig, had you looked further back prior to Hannah's replies you'd see that I'm ineligible to DM ScotWid. My concern is that I have been trying for nearly a year to obtain some of my drawdown pension traditionally in writing rather than ringing anyone. Is it that impossible?

@ScottishWidows Since April I've been trying to obtain some of my drawdown pension in writing instead of me having to call someone. I have to say it's not looking good on you. Any written reply to my requests always ends with giving me a number to call. How long must I wait?

@ScottishWidows what a waste of paper,postage and resources after sending two copies of the same letter & booklet for the same account but one showing a zero balance and the other with the current balance. Hope the costs didn't come out of my pension pot.

@ScottishWidows so I gave Scottish Widows till 1:30pm to call me back they have had over 2hrs30min to do so! All throughout my working life they have been responsible for looking after opting out of serps in 1988 various company pensions which they have made huge losses on!
