@Parasite I just played with it. If you have a choice then people are using the new gun. Just because the “stats” say that the m15 kills faster doesn’t mean it’s the better gun. This new gun taking negative skill makes up for the 1 bullet difference.

Balance is the skill gap. Having an AR that works like an AR an a sub that works like a sub is more important than wether a gun has some recoil in a controller esport where everyone already shoots like prime formal. You think the m15 is hard to shoot? No. Neither was the Ames. Neither was the mcw. At this point just lean into finding weapons that work well for their roles and allow flexibility depending on the hill or map. If people wanna use a razer or mpc on a cqc hill then swap to a Dravec for others let them. It people wanna use it the mk35 and beam consistently or use the m15 for more of a hybrid let them. That is the skill gap it has never been shooting not in new age cods with dynamic aim and high levels of aim assist

M27 should absolutely replace or at least add to the CDL meta. Kills in 5 shots (same as m15) Shoots slower than m15 (less forgiving if you miss especially up closes) Basically no headshot multiplier (less rng/random headshots up close) Slower handling speeds (worse up close) Better range more consistent ttk at range As for the SMG the way these maps are built I truthfully don’t know if there’s a perfect smg that fits a whole map outside of situational weapon swaps for certain hills or maps. Either way with the Dravec nerf to range and slight recoil change I think making the AR worse up close is a step in the right direction for comp.

@Parasite We trying to add a skill gap and that AR makes the skill gap less. We just need a different sub with new maps and the game will feel better.

@ScrappyNJ Just look at the stats they don’t lie the only thing you can complain about is the 0 recoil hit it statistically doesn’t kill as fast. The Maddox is as broken af. The mirage has a noob tube. The rampart looking gun has an insane headshot multi. The mk35 is basically an Ames.
