Students from DW Poppy Secondary took a field trip to the IOUE (International Union of Operating Engineers) Local 115 training facility today, where they gained hands-on experience and insight into the heavy construction industry! @dwpoppysecondary @DWPoppyCareer

20 students earned the $1000 Youth Work in Trades Award & we were thrilled to celebrate them at the District office! Youth Work in Trades allows students to begin apprenticeship training as part of their high school education. Students see their Career Advisor for more details!
