Mayor of Sedgefield Ciaran Butterworth and her Consort Dave Jasper enjoyed their first official outing to the Mayor of Hartlepool’s Investiture this week where they were able to make some good connections with other Mayors from the region. At the Town Council's AGM last night Cllr Ciaran Butterworth was elected as the new Mayor of Sedgefield. Ciaran says "I am honoured to have been elected. As a full-time working mum, I joined the council with a genuine desire to make a difference and to play an active role in shaping our town for future generations.
