Just now, Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger briefly met with SEIU workers who were rallying for collective bargaining rights for campus workers and healthcare workers.

Sounds like she's saying she wants to see home care workers included as part of the legislation to repeal Virginia's ban on public sector bargaining
