🌺 This Remembrance Sunday, Scouts across our region will gather in heartfelt tribute to those who gave their all for the freedom we cherish. In every village, town, and city, our Scouts will stand shoulder to shoulder with their communities, honouring a legacy of bravery, unity, and unwavering service. For over a century, Scouts have answered the call to serve. During both World Wars, they stepped up courageously – delivering messages, supporting families, even growing food to help the nation. These young heroes embodied the spirit of Scouting, proving that service knows no age and bravery no bounds. Today, we honour those who served and especially remember the Scouts from our own region who made the ultimate sacrifice. Their names are forever inscribed in our Rolls of Honour, a testament to their courage and legacy. As Scouts lay wreaths, bow their heads in silence, and wear their uniforms with pride, they are part of something greater – a tradition that spans generations and reminds us all of the enduring power of peace, unity, and remembrance. Because Lois and Luke are living examples of the promise to "help other people."
