@DTandberg Didn’t Indiana pursue reforms in this area after working towards 15 to Finish? @SFTierney? For some reason I am thinking of a convo around aligning aid and price if you wanted stus to be able to afford 15 credits/term

Anyone know of any research on the impact of different credit hour windows on student outcomes? An example would be where there is a flat rate for full time status (full-time being 12 or 15 credit hours) and you can take more credit hours for the same $$ (like up to 18 or 21).

4/ Incomes are growing in rural Indiana, but are heavily connected to the share of adults with a Bachelor's Degree or higher level of educational attainment. There are a couple of outliers (big rural power plant), but otherwise, education is driving geographic wage differences.
