@cv_cev Thank you. We're looking for patients at surgeries offering the online form as the only route in (ie no phone bookings, no walk in). If you know any who have been denied either phone or walk-in option, it would be good to hear. Thanks

@shattenstone Thanks for sharing Simon. The bookings system is causing serious challenges for many at high-risk with urgent needs. They are often deferred from a GP who knows them to 111, urgent care, or A&E. Did you also know that you should have been offered antivirals under the 'flu plan?

This is about how my GP practice was misusing/abusing the new online booking service by suggesting it's the only way of making appointments. (ie not through phone or walk-in) If something similar has happened to you, I'd be interested to hear about it. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
