They are not helping out in any case infact making me bear all the cost for their issues too If there was any issue with account they should not let me take the payment But they don’t care about customers

This is the screenshot After this they never informed me that my account has any activation issue Once I received a payment they are telling me all this and telling me to wait 120 days for my payment While my business needs this cash flow 2/5 @Razorpay


@Razorpay absolute shitty service - my client tried a payment and this window popped When he retried the payment got deducted twice They are charging me even for this transaction that was not my fault 1/5
