The next government should make the Treasury responsible for the UK’s Carbon Budget. This would make CO2 as important as money in all decision making.

@BennettsRab And how long does it last? Assuming it’s all doubled glazed, it will all have to be replaced every 30 or so years. Not very resource efficient from any angle!
