Back to the unknown Spain. 2020 Mountain Blanco, a dry muscat of Alexandria, with Rhine-like aromatic intensity, made on the vertiginous hills of Axarquía, east of Málaga, by winemaking star Telmo Rodríguez of Rioja. A mind-changing wine.

Sadly he passed away in 2012. He also wrote Cook España, Drink España, with chef Mario Sandova.
