I have spent HOURS going through OPHS contracts. They have wasted so much taxpayer on ridiculous projects. Last year, the City of Indianapolis is dropped $132,000 a year on a “Youth Media Initiative” where teens learn broadcasting, lighting setups, and how to host town halls about solving society. Because nothing says “violence prevention strategy” like a monthly podcast and a studio lighting workshop for 15-year-olds.
