Years ago, somebody explained his father was bidding for FG contract and he applied himself and applied using his children's name. That was 5 bids from one family alone. The plan was that the contract would go to one person eventually, and it did.
When you school with children of the rich, some are open to sharing stuff theor parents do because they don't really care.
